The “Friends” of the Planetarium was formed in January of 2000. It is a community organization for anyone interested in astronomy, space exploration and the effective use of the planetarium. It is also a support group for the ongoing outreach activities and the advance of science education to our community. Friends’ memberships run from the 2025 Spring Equinox (Tuesday, March 20, 2025) to the 2026 Spring Equinox (Friday, March 20, 2026).
